Our fusion of Yoga and Pilates... which we refuse to call “Yogalates”.
Flow through repertoire adding in transitional holds in different poses to lengthen out and challenge your body’s integrity as you maintain stretch with controlled tension.
A beautiful class to exit feeling an inch or two taller, light, bouncy and stiffness free!

Total Barre
class description
Total Barre incorporates elements of dance, Pilates, cardio and strength training to create a high-energy and dynamic class.
Taught to music, Total Barre classes focus on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. A great beginner’s class for those new to Barre work – no dance experience required!

in the Reformer room
Reformer Lite
class description
Introducing the essential repertoire of reformer Pilates. Beginner to mid range spring tensions, educating clients on their individual machine settings, incorporating all props and learning positioning on the machine while being given an all round Pilates workout. Those rehabilitating from injury or from a special population are welcome to join and are catered for within a group environment.
Socks are compulsory in this class, grip socks are preferred but not essential.

Reformer +
class description
When clients become competent and confident on the reformer and want a further increased challenge - Reformer+ classes will increase spring challenge, provide faster transition, higher reps and a greater range of movements.

JUMP!
class description
Reformer JUMP! is a class focused around the jumpboard attachment on the reformer. With short and effective jumping intervals, clients will elevate their heart rate through safe, plyometric training while switching muscular focus throughout the body from set to set.
Enjoying music to amplify your motivation to work hard, the instructors will get you moving on the Reformer machines like you never thought possible! Bring a towel!

prenatal pilates
class description
A Pilates Matwork class designed entirely around keeping expectant mothers moving, feeling strong, stable and supporting all the physiological changes that occur to the body as baby grows.
There is a focus on baby positioning as we can encourage the AOL optimal birthing position for baby to engage into and try to eliminate any pregnancy discomforts such as sore hips and backs.
Classes have a focus on breath work at the end of each session, finishing with a moment of pure self love, guided meditation and a moment to breathe.

Reformer HIIT
class description
Reformer HIIT is a circuit style workout incorporating all your favourite Reformer moves. Designed to get your heart rate pumping, improve your muscular strength, endurance and increase your overall fitness. Be prepared to work hard to some fun tunes and get a little sweaty!

Catering to those 65 years and over, this class offers a variety of functional fitness routines that will vary each week between reformer work, mat work or other forms of mindful movement.
The aim will be to increase mobility & stability to all joints, increasing overall strength, cover falls prevention and ensure exercise choices improve the ability of day-to-day movement that might have become difficult otherwise.
